Presentation Date Swap

You are scheduled to give an assessed tutorial presentation next Thursday, but you have just been offered an interview for a graduate position at the same time, and the employer cannot move it. Speak to your lecturer: explain the situation, and ask whether you could present in a different week or swap slots with another student.

Good afternoon, thanks for seeing me. I wanted to talk about my tutorial presentation next Thursday. I've just been offered an interview for a graduate position, and unfortunately it's at exactly the same time. I asked whether the employer could reschedule, but they can't. I don't want to miss the presentation, so I was wondering if I could present the following week instead, or perhaps swap slots with another student if someone is willing. I've already prepared most of my slides, so I'd be ready whenever suits. Thank you for considering it.
