Returned Books Overdue

You returned two library books through the after-hours chute last Friday, but your account still shows them as overdue and a fine is growing daily. You have a photo of the books in the chute slot. I returned two books through the after-hours chute last Friday evening, but they're still showing as overdue and the fine keeps increasing. I actually took a photo when I dropped them in, so I can show you the time and date. Would you be able to check whether they've been reshelved and then remove the fine from my account? I'd really appreciate it, because I need to borrow some readings this week. Thanks so much for your help.
