ATM Short Cash

You withdrew 300 dollars from an ATM outside your bank's branch this morning, but the machine only gave you 200, and your account shows the full amount debited. You kept the receipt. Good morning. I've just used the ATM outside this branch and I think something's gone wrong. I requested 300 dollars, but the machine only dispensed 200, and my banking app already shows the full 300 taken out. I've kept the receipt here, and the withdrawal was at about nine fifteen. Could you please log a dispute for the missing hundred dollars and let me know how long the refund usually takes? I actually need that money for rent today, so if there's any way to speed it up, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.
