Unsigned Internship Log

You are completing a twelve-week internship at a marketing agency. Your university requires your supervisor to sign your weekly log, but he has been travelling and four weeks are still unsigned. The university needs the completed log by next Monday. Speak to your supervisor: explain the requirement and ask for a convenient time to go through the entries together.

Hi, welcome back, I hope the trip went well. Could I grab ten minutes with you sometime this week? It's about my university placement log. The uni needs each week signed off by my supervisor, and because you've been away, weeks five to eight are still blank. The whole log has to be submitted by next Monday, otherwise the internship might not be credited. Would Thursday afternoon suit you, or I could email the entries first so you can check them beforehand? Whatever's easiest for you. Thanks a lot.
