Delete your RealPTE account
Delete it yourself (takes a minute)
- Sign in on realpte.com or in the app with the account you want to delete.
- Open Me (your dashboard) and tap Delete account at the bottom of the account card.
- Confirm twice. The account is deleted at once and you are signed out.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details, including the link to an old RealPTE username.
- Your practice history: answers, recordings, AI scores, mock test reports and your study plan.
- Your Plus days and mock test credits. They cannot be brought back, so use them first.
- Your invite link and the record of friends you invited.
- Your email address is taken off all our mailing lists.
What is kept, and why
- Payment records without your email address or name (amount, date, product), which Australian tax law requires us to keep for five years.
- Payment providers (Stripe, Apple, Google) keep their own records of your payments under their own policies.
Can't sign in?
Email admin@realpte.com from the email address on the account and write “Delete my account”. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.
