Hi there, I'm hoping you can help me. I had an appointment here on Monday morning for the flu, and the doctor said a medical certificate would be emailed to me that afternoon. I've checked my inbox and junk folder, but nothing has come through. The problem is that the university needs the certificate by tomorrow, otherwise my deferred exam application will be rejected. Could you please check whether it was sent to the right address, and email it to me today or print a copy I can collect this afternoon? Thanks.
