Hello, I'm hoping you can help me with a parking permit. I moved into a street with resident-only parking about two weeks ago and applied for a permit online straight away. Unfortunately, my application was rejected because my lease wasn't accepted as proof of address, and I've already had a warning notice left on my car. Could you tell me which other documents would be accepted, like a utility bill or bank statement? And is there a temporary permit I could use while it's being processed? Thank you.
