Hello, it's your tenant from the unit on the second floor. Sorry to call, but I wanted to follow up on the email I sent ten days ago about the mould in my bedroom. It's spread quite a lot across the ceiling with all the rain, and I've started waking up with a cough, so I'm a bit concerned about my health.
