You have received your results for an online quiz worth ten percent of your final grade. The feedback page shows you answered eight of ten questions correctly, but the grade recorded in the system is only five out of ten. Speak to your lecturer: explain the discrepancy and ask for the mark to be checked.

Good afternoon, do you have a moment? I wanted to ask about my result for last week's online quiz. When I open the feedback page, it shows that I answered eight out of ten questions correctly, but the grade recorded in the system is five out of ten. I've checked it a couple of times. Since the quiz counts for ten percent of the final grade, I'd really appreciate it if you could look into the mark and correct it if there's been an error. Thanks very much.
