Hello, it's your tenant from the unit on the second floor. I'm calling because the hot water system stopped working on Monday, so we've had no hot water for three days now. I sent you an email about it, but I haven't heard back, so I thought I'd better phone. I've been showering at the uni gym, but with the weather getting colder it's really becoming a problem. Could you please arrange for a plumber to come out this week, ideally tomorrow? I'm home most afternoons, so I can let them in. Thanks much.
