Good morning, I'm calling about a parking infringement notice I received last week. I parked on a street near the university on Tuesday, and I was fined for staying longer than two hours. The problem is that the sign showing the time limit is covered by tree branches, so I genuinely had no way of knowing there was a limit. I took photos that show the sign hidden by the tree. Could you tell me how to lodge a formal review, and would it be possible to have the fine withdrawn? Thanks very much.
