Wrong Attendance Record

You attended every tutorial this semester, but the online record shows you missed three sessions, and participation counts towards your final grade. You signed the paper sheet each week. Speak to your lecturer after class: explain the discrepancy politely and ask for the record to be corrected before grades are finalised.

Excuse me, do you have a moment? I've just checked my attendance on the student portal and it says I missed three tutorials this semester, but I'm fairly sure I've been to every one. I signed the paper sheet each week, including the week we did the group debate. Since participation is part of the final mark, I'm worried about this. Would you be able to check the sheets against the system and update my record if there's been a mix-up? I'm happy to show you my notes from those weeks. Thanks very much.
