Inspection During Exams

You rent a unit and have just received notice of a routine inspection next Tuesday morning. That is the same time as your final exam, and you would prefer to be present during the inspection. Phone your property manager: explain the clash politely and request a different date or time.

Good morning, this is the tenant at unit four. I'm calling about the inspection notice I received for next Tuesday at ten. Unfortunately that's exactly when I'm sitting my final exam at university, and I'd really like to be home when the inspection happens, just so I can point out a couple of small maintenance things. Would it be possible to move it to Wednesday or Thursday afternoon instead? I'm flexible on the time those days. I appreciate you accommodating this, and please let me know what works for you.
