Dark Street Corner

You walk home from the train station late at night after work, and the streetlight on the corner near your house has been out for three weeks. The footpath there is uneven and you nearly fell last night. Phone the local council: report the problem, explain why it matters to residents and ask when it will be repaired.

Hi, I'd like to report a streetlight that isn't working. It's the one on the corner of my street, just near the bus stop, and it's been out for about three weeks now. I finish work late and walk home from the station, and that corner is completely dark. The footpath there is also quite uneven, and last night I actually tripped and nearly fell. I imagine older residents would find it even harder. Could you log it as a priority and let me know roughly when someone can repair it? Thanks very much.
