Uniform Never Delivered

You joined a local football club two months ago and paid for a team uniform at registration. Every other player received theirs, but yours has never arrived, and the first match is this weekend. Speak to the club secretary: explain the problem politely, ask what has happened to your order and request a temporary solution.

Hi, sorry to bother you before training. When I registered back in August I paid for the full team uniform, and I've got the receipt on my phone. Everyone else seems to have received theirs a few weeks ago, but mine still hasn't turned up and nobody's contacted me about it. With our first match on Saturday, I'm a bit worried. Could you check with the supplier what's happened to my order? And in the meantime, would it be possible to borrow a spare jersey from the club so I can play? Thanks heaps.
