Hello, this is the tenant from the ground-floor unit. I'm calling about the bedroom window lock I emailed you about last week. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back, and the lock still doesn't work, so the window won't close properly. I'm quite worried because there have been a few break-ins on our street recently, and being on the ground floor makes it easy to reach.
