Good morning. I'm hoping you can help me with something. I had a vaccination here about three months ago, in July, but when I checked my online health record yesterday it isn't showing up. I'm starting a nursing placement next week, and the placement office needs written proof by Friday, so I'm a little anxious about it. Would you be able to check your records here and, if it's there, print me a certificate today? If it needs to be uploaded as well, I'd really appreciate that too. Thanks very much for your help.
