How do I book PTE Core?

  1. Choose PTE Core on Pearson’s booking page.
  2. Select the country, test centre and an available date and time.
  3. Create or use your myPTE account. Enter your name to match the identification Pearson requires.
  4. Review the test name, appointment and final price, then complete Pearson’s booking and payment steps.

The booking guide describes the myPTE process; ensure the selected test is PTE Core, since the guide also discusses Academic.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Rescheduling is free if there are more than 14 full calendar days left before the test, up to 6 times for one appointment. With 14 days or less left, a test cannot be rescheduled: it has to be cancelled and booked again.
